Lynn Graham, Founder and Director, is an HR professional and Fellow of CIPD, with over 25 years' experience across public and private sectors, including 20 years within a FTSE 100 organisation recognised for its progressive and world-leading HR strategies.
With an aspiration to share this HR experience with small to medium sized organisations, primarily within Northern Ireland, Lynn is committed to providing expert HR support and advice that creates confidence in Business Owners to review their people processes and ensure their business is set up to achieve it's potential.
